I did contemplate shouting out of the window, but I'm scared of chavs! I'm already unpopular enough in the village for moaning about the army setting fire to the Salisbury Plains.

She's been pressure washing her bannisters and decking for over an hour...in a drought. While my garden wilts and dies. I'm raging. We're with Wessex Water and don't have a ban yet, so I can't report her.
Or native grasses
Or clover?
Yeah it's nuts!
There needs to be more of an incentive to build on brownfield sites and in towns.
It's a good year for Gatekeeper butterflies ๐ฆ
It's a new ghaslty thing with dairy farmers, they use it to cover the ground when it gets muddy.
I have done 10 years of research, and the other person is correct. Also real lawns down need watering. Sure they go brown, but as soon as it rains they green up.
You don't need to water lawns in the UK.
This review just in! ๐

Catch me on BBC Wiltshire radio with Ben Prater tomorrow morning at 7.05am where I will be talking about the drought, climate change and how this warm weather is not all as wonderful as we think and is having a catastrophic effect on crops and wildlife.

It's not mine to post, but I'm sure I will if it ever gets finished! ๐
Oh wow! Thank you for sharing it. There's bigger one coming out that a friend is writing. I need to find out what's happened to it!
Just blocked that idiot, he was getting on my tits!
Try not to get emotional, honestly why do men get so emotional?
Bless! ๐
Because you've made your boring lawn front and centre of everything no wonder you have to fanny about with it with those stupid stripes! ๐
When you said you had it in a previous house. Boring garden
I might burn some there's next to your house, because according to you I can do what I like!
Not when your decisions damage wildlife, lead to urban flooding, urban heat island effect and full up landfill. There is absolutely no way you can justify it so don't try.
Exactly.
What gardening does is keep you fit and healthy, improves your mental health and make the world a better place for pollinators. Suggest you go touch some grass. Oh wait hang on, you can't! ๐
My bad back is nothing to do with gardening. Old people have more sense and taste than to lay plastic grass so please don't speak for them. Like I said I know this market like the back of my hand, so I suggest you stop wasting your time trying to defend your poor decision
Another straw man argument. Why would I want hard paving or gravel, when micro clover and Mind your own Business an be grown?! Like I said I know what I'm talking about here, so you're onto a losing battle on afraid.
You're adorable! ๐
Oh but you told me your plastic carpet just needs a besom! ๐
