I’m so sorry! Has your pt tried maneuvers with you? I don’t have vertigo but I have a therapist friend that treats it with a special positional maneuver. I hope you feel better soon. You do need sleep. Last yr I had a disc extrusion n had to sleep in a zero degree lawn chair for 2 months no sleep 😏
