I really wanna do some alt covers again, it’s been a while 👀 I think this is the last one I did which was too long ago

When I was freelance I made the majority of my money from illustration work and just barely scraped by. I still overworked myself and it was far more stressful, so I dunno if I would do it again unless I had to

I’m really fortunate that my day job is four days a week. I still do overwork and burn myself out, but I try to be mindful and pace myself. If possible I’ll trade off days where I’m working more casually and days where I’m grinding to get lots done.

I spoke at my old middle/high school over my bday week. It was equally terrifying and awesome. Some students gave me presents at the end which definitely did not make me cry at all 😭

I need all artists to know that using 3D models in your art is not cheating. Those free-to-use 3D models are literally there to make your life easier. Stop being so hard on yourself and just trace that 3D object. You don't need to be able to perfectly draw every object ever from memory!!
