Not nearly as calm as it was before I read Absolution (or Annihilation, if we're being real) 😅

Hi, just letting you guys know that the recording for this episode on some of your platforms (I listen on Podcast Addict) is somehow buggy. Sections repeat or end mid sentence in some parts.

Omg a TWSBI eco!! I love mine. It handles shimmer ink better than any other pen I've had :)
I have a love hate relationship with shimmers. They clog most of my pens but when they work they're so gorgeous

I am 28 years old and I still don't understand what adults were accusing me of when I was a kid and they told me I was "talking back."
You used to be able to see magical liopleurodons, but you can't anymore. Because your kidneys were stolen.

Just read this on Insta and am gobsmacked at how the AI propagandists are telling us TO OUR FACE that they want to:
1) replace all artists and thinkers
2) read our every emotion
3) influence our every move
And us being pissed is just “the first stage of grief”

Podcasts fill the niche of entertainment for when I am doing something like cleaning, data entry etc. Watching them sounds excruciatingly boring.

This is also one of the many reasons I hate suburbia. It often is isolated enough that one can develop a phobia of people who are different.
He's just getting more and more overtly evil as he realizes he's not going to face consequences
Yeah the colour probably matters a lot. I don't tend to use a lot of reds
Weird, in my experience fountain pen ink usually comes out of things pretty easily. 🙃
Seriously. I'm a fairly neurotic person, but I can't imagine being this scared of my own mortality. It's kind of pathetic, really.
Green was considered bad for sales? I wonder why that is. That does explain why there seem to be very few books with green covers, even now.
When I post reviews I try to avoid spoilers as much as possible and just give general comments on what I thought, but there's always at least one review I see that basically summarizes the whole book.

Again?!
I really enjoyed the books, and I'm so glad the TV adaptation is doing them justice! I was a little worried they wouldn't translate well to the screen.
The image depicts a vintage scene inside a circus tent, featuring several individuals dressed in colorful, theatrical costumes. A central figure, a clown with a white face, red nose, and green-and-pink ruffled outfit, stands holding a small mirror. Surrounding the clown are other performers, including a man in a maroon outfit adjusting his appearance, another clown in a blue-and-red costume, and a person in a top hat and formal attire. In the foreground, a performer in a yellow-and-red outfit is working with a large black cloth or costume piece. The background shows additional circus performers and props, including hanging costumes and a lively, crowded atmosphere. The overall style suggests an old illustration, possibly from a 19th-century circus or theatrical setting.
On July 12, 1855, some drunk clowns got into a massive brawl with a bunch of firefighters at a Toronto brothel.
By the next day, several firefighters were beaten and the circus was burned to the ground.
This is the story of Toronto's Firemen And Clown Brothel Riot.
