Definitely more awful. I’d slipped on Ashley’s garden shoes, so they were clunky. When I stepped back onto the patio, it felt like something was stuck on the sole of my (his) shoe. I moved to kind of scrape it off and felt a crunch and there was a big squirt of blood. So tragic. And gross.

Makes much more sense. I responded after just listening to the intro. It was a conspicuously short and dark little set, and suspiciously missing any songs from THOTD. Thanks for the full concert link!

These trees are so pretty year round. In a few days they will be fully white. They grow orangy crabapples with a red blush, then gorgeous fall leaves. The apples turn a deep red through the holidays and into the new year. Very festive! Around February the birds and squirrels eat all the apples.

Me too! And it’s always changing. Everyday something new in bloom.

When this song was debuted in their ‘22 shows, my husband sat me down and said “you have to listen to this song, it’s one of the best songs ever written” and then cried while we listened to it. I have known him for over 20 years and I have never, ever seen him react to music like that.
