So absorbed in the moment, it takes her a moment to realize what she's doing. And once she does, she drops the feather and erupts into a fit of laughter.

"Gods, this is so dumb." She giggles as she lays on top of him, nuzzling lightly against his neck.

Still amidst her bold streak, she reaches up to hook a finger under his choker and lightly tugs him down.

"Say please." She murmurs, her voice carrying a slight air of authority, yet remaining soft.

There's a soft sigh from her as she almost looks guilty for her idea of dragging him along for errands. "I just thought distracting you might make you feel a bit better..."

She stops and turns to look at him, her brows still knit together.

"Would you wanna do that instead? I can polish my weapon with you..."

“As long as there’s no thunder…it could be nice to get in the shade somewhere and watch it.”

She stood up and held out a hand to him with a smile.

There’s a brief pause before she suddenly reaches for his hand and begins dragging him along with her.

“C’mon, I gotta hit up the markets and you look like you could use some distraction.”

“Little sleep could lead you to that, you know. Makes you less sharp.” She sighs.

“…I know that all too well.” From those times she used to go days on end with no sleep and go out killing whatever to get the demons out of her head.

She chuckled. "Well, i'm really glad you liked it. So what now?"

"Good, right?" She smiled even further as she watched him enjoy the food. If he was enjoying quickly roasted fish this much, she had to make him a whole roast boar sometime.

"Positive, Vi. I'm good for now."

“Good?” She offered him the rest of it, smiling softly at him.

“Here, I think im good on fish for now anyway.”

“Good.”

She moved to the side of his neck, pressing gentle kisses and nips along it with a hum.

She couldn’t help but chuckle before handing him her own skewer.

“Wanna try some of mine? Tastes better.”

"I love you..." She mumbled, continuing to purr. Her clinginess was starting to show as she climbed onto his lap, snuggling even closer to him. "Please stay..."

She pouted at him, her face scrunched up with the motion before she blew on her fish to cool it down and took another bite of it.

"Yeah, yeah..."

They're a snack my granmog's made ever since I was little.

Little balls of seeds, seed butter, nuts, and fruit, pretty much.

[She smiles with a swish of her tail.]

They’ve got some fruit pieces in them, along with nuts and seeds.

Why don’t you give it a try?

[She grabs one herself and pops it into her mouth]

"Yeah?" She takes her own coat off and tosses it to the floor, not once averting her gaze from him.

She giggles again. "I'm gonna tickle your nose."

With the feather in hand, she tries fighting against him to reach his nose.

[It's a little box of kupo nuts, all hand-made. She smiles back at her with a swish of her tail.]

I'd love to.

She would have answered him, but the scratches behind her ears turned her into a puddle of miqo'te, purring loudly as she relaxed even further against his touch.

"Vi...."

"Then mine's ready, too." She grinned as she took the fish off the heat, immediately taking a straight bite out of it.

...and immediately regretted doing that as soon as she did, her cheeks puffed up and ears pinned to her head.

"Hot..!"

...I'm getting you a change of clothes.

And if my responses seem a bit less sharp than usual? I’m also balancing a job and a masters degree with this, and I sometimes don’t have spoons for certain things, so please understand that.
