Dat denk ik ook. Hoewel het uiteraard wordt ontkend, blijken dictators vaak hele bange mannetjes te zijn die niet weten hoe snel ze met hun familie moeten vluchten. Daarom was Zelensky (geen dictator, allesbehalve) ook zo dapper om juist in Kyiv te blijven toen Rusland aanviel.

We still underestimate just how important his bravery and refusal to flee during those first days really was to galvanise the nation and inspire the world.
