I befriended a woman I met living under the 405 underpass . I was working at a coffee roaster so I’d bring her coffee and sandwiches. Her husband had died and she was in her late sixties. She deserves a home and care.

I’m a Norwegian descendant… grandpa Sverre got on a boat at 17 years old all by himself. His mother had died and he did not like his new stepmother nor being on a boat in the fjord he was from. He immigrated, mad it to Illinois, farmed and the became a sand miner for the glass industry.
