I've kinda accepted that UEFN isn't gonna work out & I'll probably be working a job again by the end of this year, so I'm gonna stop treating it like work and start treating it like a hobby again. I think that's the healthiest way to do it.

I'm excited for the future of the project! I wanna keep pushing on with it, more so as a passion project over something that I wanna make money with.

Admittedly, that's not the greatest way to view it, but that's how I roll I guess.

I think that what makes open world UEFN / FNC games so special is seeing how they evolve over time, the leap in quality, complexity, and variety.

Prior to completing RR2, I knew which regions were planned to be updated with S2, so I kinda rushed through them knowing they'd be redone really soon.

Getting somewhere with S2! I don't think I'll be able to meet the original March deadline, but that's okay. Unlike the initial launch, I've been taking my time with a lot of the new stuff, focusing on quality; that's what the plan has always been.

i think that if I really lock in, i can get it done before mid march, but i've been soooo hooked on satisfactory and overwatch lately

I'm gonna be splitting it up into three (four?) drops, each one will contain a chunk of all the planned content. Drop one is gonna be a new poi, biome, and a phone (primarily made for fast travel)

idk man i've always been for microtransactions, if you don't want them just don't buy them. uefn barely pays me anything ever since epic fucked up the algorithm mid 2025 so i just wanna try and figure out how to earn some of that revenue back
