With the leak to the NYT of their internal notes to each other, I hope the conservative justices on SCOTUS are currently *very* paranoid about talking to each other. Because at least one of them is (or has staff who is) indiscreet and disloyal.

There’s something mentally wrong with the President of the United States.

If not for Trump, what's the emoluments clause for? What's impeachment for? What's the 25th Amendment for? What's section 3 of the 14th Amendment for? What are checks and balances for?

The Justice Dept’s theory of the case— that the group that single-handedly disassembled the Ku Klux Klan defrauded its donors by concealing that it was using paid informant to do that work and more— has about as much merit as the now-dismissed charges against Jim Comey.

Impeachment, not the 25th. He is unfit for office, but his problems now are because he has surrounded himself with enablers and thinks he has no restrictions or consequences.
