I have chai latte mixes, but I don't really count them along with tea. And I don't think I've ever seen chai in Brazil that WASN'T the kind you dissolve in milk to make a latte

Gonna try to learn some more about teas. Brazil is a lot less into tea than coffee, so finding good sources for loose leaf tea is tough. I did find some stores though.

Right now deciding on which to buy next month when I try. Whether I get white tea or puerh to go with Earl Grey 😅

I haven't played Signalis. I've had several friends recommend it to me, but the way that it's presented never appealed to me much. I'll probably try it eventually just cause everyone insists I play it, but not at the moment.

I'll be having fun, and then I'll come across a room with an enemy in a frustrating position along with the layout and have to reload just because of clunky combat screwing me over. Like "I held aim a microsecond too early and so my input didn't register and now I'm getting flailed upon". Cool lol

I generally like the vibe, and I get that not every tank control survival horror title will be as combat oriented as RE games. I have less exposure to Silent Hill, but I know combat is made way more frustrating/clunky in them to incentivize you to pick your battles.

But man, some parts here just...

It's small stuff like this that makes the game infuriating to me. I can forgive bad writing, grammar mistakes, crappy voice acting. General presentation issues aren't as bad as core gameplay ones.

There is clunky/stiff intentionally as a way of player de-powering and there's actual lack of polish.

But also small stuff like your dodge has so many recovery frames that if you mistime it even a bit, you're a sitting duck. Or even if I perfect dodge properly, the enemy's attack recovery animation has i-frames, so my first shot after dodging often gets sucked into the void and I waste bullets.

To me, it is damn unforgivable to ever put a player in a position where they have to choose to equip a light source or a weapon. Full stop, I think it's terrible design and no game should ever do that. So that alone is pissing me off.
