Fuji stole the ending from Homestuck and Danganronpa V3 (burning away all the fat and focusing purely on the thematic and meta-narrative ending) for good reason. Those were very good endings

It ended pretty much the way I expected it to. Off putting and underwhelming. Like jackin off to some weird porn you don’t even like after looking for the right video for two hours.
