on one side, sneasler and incineroar. on the other side, sneasler and incineroar. both sneaslers click brick break into incineroar. there is one brain cell functioning in the fight. this is the power of ultra ball rank matches.

I've decided to try and stop whaling on gacha games and put that money to importing doujins instead

NTR's just too good. Can't be avoided. If you're not bringing NTR you're going to be left watching helplessly at the finish line.

the left needs to seriously grapple with the realities that matikanefukukitaru and NTR are going to be mandatory for the next six to eight months if they want to stay competitive, as well as the unfortunate reality that they also need to roll on nishino flower and copano rickey for sprint and dirt

the alternatives are all varying shades of bad and any solution that isn't running off of a computer in some guy's garage or harassing senators/MPs/lords out of public life until they change the laws is going to mean it's going to happen again at some point

or, well, the only durable way to make sure it doesn't happen again. they could try using some other commercial program and the cycle will repeat, or they could try going open-source, though that gets a bit shaky (see: wick)

a tool of, by, and for animators feels like it'd be more resilient.

adobe animate's dead, toonboom was bought out by private equity so it's on a ticking clock, and the other tools are insufficient.

I think the only way to make sure this doesn't happen again is for the animation guild (or some other animator org) to develop and maintain its own dedicated tools.

"before i can explain why i hate this game we must first understand the history and culture that led to its creation.

okay so, in 1994, a japanese businessman disappeared under mysterious circumstances while working on dragon force for the sega saturn;"

RPGs were pretty much confined to handhelds between 2008/2009 and 2016. the console offerings were like, breath of death 7 on XBLA or neptunia and tales on PS3, maybe

and checking the timelines i'm realizing oh god the entire seventh gen rpg drought was the length of one modern game dev cycle

this one's mostly mixing the things i was looking at with the wet wash brush and the charcoal brush into a more coherent landscape, and then adding a couple points of interest so that it's got some more narrative in the composition

yeah a low opacity wash on a higher layer with a white watercolor brush is great for getting a kind of misty effect that serves to add some texture and control the composition

doing some rough drafts of a fan umamusume for a mostly unremarkable horse whose main accomplishments were winning one g3, finishing third in a g1, and racking up a few third-place finishes in some other graded races. she has a couple notable descendants.

i think i see what you mean though. it's fine at first glance but staring at it too long just feels a tiny bit off in a way that's really annoying to pinpoint. at a gut check i might look at the shape on the jaw, but i'm a moron and dimwit

where's "do the perspective lines line up the way they should?" or "is the face shape correct for the angle"

at least I think I remember reading a post a while back explaining that it took them a long time to realize how like, the ears worked in perspective in relation to the eyes or somesuch.

staring at the shot in the original a bit it strikes me how the eyepatch is just totally black and running across the head, giving it some vibes of a fractured psyche and a sense of emptiness. also it feels like it's closer to shinkawa's art.
