EVERYTHING should be considered first a lie. Because honestly as every day passes, that is the TRUTH.

AOC: President Trump—I want to be clear—not only threatened genocide, he is continuing to threaten genocide against the Iranian people. That is his main point of “leverage” in this situation. It is a war crime. It is abhorrent, and it is also illegal.

Something like this will have to happen in this country once Trumpism is defeated. In the absence of accountability, the world will rightly assume that it will happen again.

The problem is-who will administer it? The free press? Congress? Asking for a friend.

The idea that the President of the United States could publish an image of himself as the Messiah and no news outlet covers it is the biggest indictment of the American free press.

Sad, deplorable, unhinged, despicable.

We have a president who took the nation into a war for reasons he cannot fully articulate, without a strategy for how to respond if Iran did the expected and closed the Strait of Hormuz, and without an exit strategy if Iran doesn’t surrender.
