I don’t have a routine I just try to work at for at least 45 minutes a day, when I strength train I usually do 20-25 minutes of that and then the rest on the treadmill

Just realized that this could possibly be my period… my apps say I still have 10 days but I wasn’t regular before pregnancy and I’ve been cramping for the past fews days
+ my weight has also stagnated which usually happens before my period too…

I felt so much better in my smaller body, less pain, less judgement from others, ease of doing regular activity
