OMG, the Albany County “I Voted” sticker this year is awesome! I was told it was created by a local kid. It features the local landmark Nipper, tulips, the Albany skyline, and the endangered Karner Blue Butterfly.

My band, F The Goat, played the Hippies in the Hills Festival last night 🎶 We were the black sheep of the lineup—bringing raw punk/metal originals into a sea of jam bands. The crowd loved it 🤘🔥 Huge thanks to everyone who came out. So many killer bands shared the stage!

It went out spectacularly: about 30 seconds of all the lights flickering on and off. I thought we had just entered a Poltergeist movie and the house was possessed. Looked down the street and saw all the neighbors’ lights doing the same.
I’ve got no power 😢. What do people even do without it? I’m at 68% on my phone battery—after that, I no longer exist 😆

Every time we go and visit my brothers in the Cincinnati area we always go here, Jungle Jim's, just to hang out and look for interesting foods to bring home to NYS. We've been to both locations but this one is better IMO. Check it out if in the area, well worth it

This came up in my memories: six years ago, my nephew graduated from the University of Rochester. My wife, kids, mother, and brother were able to attend with my youngest brother’s family. My oldest brother and his family couldn’t make it. My mom has since passed, unfortunately.

My new band (ok friends jamming) are doing an open mic tonight. Really weird how long it's been since I played live, other than getting up on stage at a house party, it's been since 2012 that I was in a band. Hopefully we sound ok, granted it's an open mic and we have only 3 songs worked out.
