I will add that many do not know what they want to do yet, and it is OK (I did not know that creativity was even an option until after I started grad school. I do use them to weed out complete misrepresentation such as I want to do therapy in organizations (not what IO is!)

This is particularly meaningful to me, as I have admired Dr. John Holland’s work for many years and have used his occupational interests work in my research and teaching.
I am honored to be named the inaugural recipient of the John Lewis Holland Endowed Chair in Industrial Organizational Psychology. The award is named after John Holland — a UNO graduate and noted psychologist.

Now that I am here, I am looking for my science community, especially I-O Psyc and creativity. How do I find them?
just joined myself!
