BBC recently had a series on heat pumps. www.bbc.co.uk/sounds/series/m002sg1c. Not all helpful, but their expert said if a heat pump is noisy, it is almost always faulty and should be looked at. A settings change often helps. Ours is more noisy when it is -5C but mostly it is just a background hum.

We have 2 arrays, first installed 19 years ago, 2nd in 2022. Latest addition a 20kWh battery. Also have EV and ASHP. Definitely not sad to be excited. I still love looking at the app to see how much we are generating, using and exporting. Current app has lovely pretty graphs..
I was a professional negotiator for 25 years for 8 different unions. Can somebody please explain why an appropriate "negotiating" response to the BMA pay dispute is to remove future jobs that the NHS needs? This is beyond bonkers whatever your view on the BMA dispute.
