You need some dissent & criticism, (honest criticisms!), to arrive at better design. That doesn't mean you have to implement exactly what they say, but rather just to be open to it.

i hate when the closed captions on something are wrong but u have to keep them on anyways because somehow reading the wrong thing is still more helpful to deciphering what was actually said than listening is on its own
