Beer number 2 for 2025 is delving back into a staff favourite cask beer from last year with a new batch of Adrift, our American Amber but this time the beer has been amped up to 5.2% and been given a slightly heavier dry hop too for a more complex drinking experience.

First release of 2025 is a cask Pale Ale that should be hitting all your favourite wholesalers soon!

Smooth roasted malts and hints of cherry lead into molasses, tobacco and freshly baked chocolate pudding.

A complex, layered and delicious strong stout, brewed in 2023 and aged in a single Bunnahabhain sherry butt.

Oh for sure. Had a kriek from Cantillion with some blue cheese and definitely experienced a wee ratatouille moment! 😅

I love pairing funky cheeses with lambics, or milder ones with hop bombs.
Belgian dubbels and quads are absolutely brilliant with anything fruity, and tripels pair wonderfully with anything aged, but still relatively mild.
It's a very fun (and dangerous) rabbit hole to go down! 😅🤤
