Yes before him I laid in bed got up

Actually they put me on estrogen stripping meds for 5 years because my breast cancer was estrogen dependent. That was a long and many times miserable 5 years but I feel great now. I had a big pity party for myself. My doctor said “get a dog” he won’t put up with pity. He was 100 correct.

When I received my cancer diagnosis my brain was racing 100 miles a minute with what ifs? I wore my self out mentally and physically. That’s when I told myself one day at a time no more than that. Tomorrow would be my many doctors appointments, next day rest etc. It worked for me
