These wyverns are cunning compared to most monsters and are known to learn to avoid traps and other hunting equipment during hunts causing hunters that aren’t as equally adaptable to loath hunting these monsters.

Along the armored back and tail of the Sicarapax grows a plethora of dart-like quills; these quills contain a powerful paralytic agent! The tail also has numerous plume shaped blades along its flank causing it to resemble a macuahuitl.

These bird wyverns are unique among other “runner wyverns” due to their large size, feathery pelt and specialized forelimbs that possess a strange oscillating scythe-like talon that can vibrate at high speeds with the use of powerful fast twitch muscles.
