Heading to Develop in Brighton again this year. Always a really great time. We (Fireshine Games) are nominated for a couple of awards so I'm even attending that! Hopefully will still get plenty of time to catch up with folk and overdose on the free ice cream. Anyone else attending?
I'm going in...
Been playing Days Gone for around 40 hours and I've just clicked to what has been my major issue with it.
You can't whistle for your bike.
I'm not one. Not even American. If you could remove me I'd appreciate it, thanks.
Oh how I dislike using dev / test kits.
I do have a copy of Creativity Inc but I just looked at the audio and it's been expanded so based on the fact that, as you say, it's a beaut of a book and the new bonus chapters, I think I've found my huckleberry. Thanks! Without your prompt I wouldn't have even checked it.
Thanks to you too, Daisy
I have one more credit to use before I cancel my Audible (until the next trial offer at least).
I would love to use it on something production / project management or game design focused if possible.
Any recommendations, folks?

Watching Paradise on Disney+. It's pretty fun so far.
Felt really sorry for her. Must deal with this every day.
When I worked at a theatre I used to have to deal with opera fans so I know how harsh the some members of the public can be. Good help us if we ran out of honey and ginger ice cream.
Don't get me started on Michael Ball fans...
Had my first experience of not being able to book a GP appointment. When told I responded with "oh, okay. No problem". The lady offered me a complaints email and seemed genuinely taken aback when I told I would not be needing it. She seemed so genuinely happy and surprised that I didn't kick off.
My sister couldn't sleep without it. Loved the thing. Think we had to turn back from a holiday once because it was left at home.
And Away by Bob Mortimer

The Hustler by Walter Tevis

Currently reading: Law of Innocence by Michael Connelly
Made a decision towards the end of last year to dedicate (most) of my free time to reading the books I've bought but not read. This is what I've read this year so far...
A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab
Scalped (full run) by Jason Aaron & R.M. Guera
Rebel Without a Crew by Robert Rodriguez
I love my comic books and long to see Fantastic Four done well.
"Ben has always been a rock" kinda got me in the feels.
Planting the seeds of gardening... looking good.
Oh gees. I think Peglin is my new Balatro...
Hi Paddy, out of interest, why always two keepers on the bench rather than giving the spot a U21? Simply numbers?
Got ID-ed in a pub just the other day. I'm 47.
I have never not spelled invoice 'invoive' on the first attempt.
Scary stuff. Hope you fully recovered soon.
Sitting in 3 layers and a bobble hat here in a room that used to be a garage with one decent radiator so I empathize.
Finished Indy Great Circle yesterday. One of the first time I have enjoyed the cutscenes more than the game play.
I had fun but not a game I'd play again.
Wheel of Time. There are a lot of pages in that series... Hesitating on picking up the first for 99p. Me being me i'll want to do the whole thing if I start so, worth it?
Oh, there was a third choking up time. Geoff Johns's Flashpoint.
Onto the Ta-Nehisi Coates Captain America run.
After that, either Fables (finally), DMZ, Scalped or the Jason Aaron (again) Thor run.
I've been working my way through my comic book backlog. Just completed the @brianmbendis.bsky.social Superman run (12 books). Didn't let me down.
Can think of only two times a comic book has choked me up. Both were Bendis, both involved a secret identity reveal and both were newspaper editors.
Every time I see duct tape I point and sing "woo-oo" which drives my wife mad. She normally loves Duck Tales too.
