Today's random Discogs choice Taylor Swift and Folklore: The Longpond Studio Sessions RSD2023. As you can see this isn't playing. It's still sealed. That wasn't my intention when I bought it, as I really like Folklore. Anyhoo... favourite track This Is Me Trying.

Today's random Discogs choice The Beatles and Abbey Road 2016 reissue. Possibly my favourite album by the band, but from Rubber Soul onwards, to me, they were phenomenal and groundbreaking. Favourite track She Came In Through The Bathroom Window.
Ive never seen a better way to explain it. Bravo 👏 👏
Today's random Discogs choice PJ Harvey and Dry 2020 reissue. A cracking debut from the band. Although it took me a while to get into this band, it's now a firm favourite. Favourite track Dress.
Time to watch my all-time favourite film 🥂 chin chin
Oh wow!
youtu.be/ohEWzmqdnT0?...
Got a couple of gems in the afternoon yesterday (long gone are my RSD queueing early days). Labi Siffre such a beautiful album. David Holmes a blast from my 90s past.
Nice!
Yeah. Waiting for it to arrive 🤣
I've been looking at people's RSD albums over the past 24 hours. The one I missed was Mark Lanegan. Where the fuck are they? I couldn't get one for love nor money. It would appear this album is not destined to be mine, I missed the box set too when that came out too. #rsd2026
Today's random Discogs choice Greg Foat & Ayo Salawu and Intersteller Fantasy 2023. Mr Foat two days running? Well, he is very prolific when releasing albums. This one's a firm favourite. Loving the space theme. Favourite track Journey To Arcturus.
Today's random Discogs choice Greg Foat & Gigi Masin and Dolphin 2023. This was super relaxing, a great way to start the day. Greg Foat can do no wrong in my eyes. Favourite track Viento Calido.
I watched this...
I had no idea what this was about, apart from 3 hours long did put me off a little. It kept my interest, and on my toes. Sean Penn was a nasty piece of shit 🤣. A good film.
All I knew was the Oscar win by 'Auntie'. Other than, same as you.
I watched this...
And I loved it! Original, weird, and a good fun horror flick. A bit gruesome in parts, a couple of jump scares but nothing more. A fun watch.
Today's random Discogs choice Jóhann Jóhannsson and Retrospective 1 CD box set 2019. Seven album set covering some early works and soundtracks. It has my favourite album in here, And In The Endless Pause There Came The Sound Of Bees. Fabulous thing all round.
It's not a scam is it?
It's like a migraine.
My manager at work has put me forward for a work related award. In his blurb he put 'approaches every shift focused, professional, and proud of her work.'
Once I finished laughing I said, 'You do realise I'm only here for the money and I don't really give two shits.'
Still up for the award 😎
Today's random Discogs choice Ramsey Lewis and Sun Goddess 1974. So, this is early soul jazz/funk. Not his finest effort, I find it more miss than hit. Sun Goddess is the best track on here.
Today's random Discogs choice A Winged Victory For The Sullen and Iris OST 2017. Not heard this for a few years... gosh it's lovely. Electronic, contemporary classical, a touch of drone. Super stuff. Prologue Iris and Comme On A Dit fabulous. Favourite track Gare Du Nord pt1.
Today's random Discogs choice NME Fourplay ep 7" Sept1986. Loved a freebie with a music mag. We have Elvis Costello - Uncomplicated, nice. Billy Bragg - Honey, I'm A Big Boy Now, love the Barking Bard. Mantronix - Hardcore Hip Hop, hardcore? Miles Davis - Splatch, no!
Second morning running I've had to scrape the windscreen. ITS APRIL FFS
Today's random Discogs choice Couronne de Merde and May The Wind Take Away the Ashes 2020 cassette. An abstract/electronic piece focusing on the Lebanese Civil War. At only 20 minutes long its a short but quite compelling piece.
Today's random Discogs choice Deacon Blue and When The World Knows Your Name 1989. Second album by the band and chock full of great singles. Wages Day, Real Gone Kid, Fergus Sings The Blues and today's favourite Queen Of The New Year.
This is such a beautiful album.
Andrew Wasylyk 👏👏
Today's random Discogs choice Sault and Nine 2021. As much as I love this band this album doesn't quite do it for me. There are a few highlights, Bitter Streets and Light's In Your Hands and today's favourite track 9.
Today's random Discogs choice Burial and Street Halo 12" 2011. Plays 45rpm on side and 33rpm the other and I always forget which way round it goes 😡. That being said, love a bit of Burial. Favourite track Street Halo.
