Vegan Swap Chicken made from soy is the most meat like alternative for chicken I have ever tried. Anyone can make a vegan nugget but a chicken breast 🤯🤯🤯. Full chicken piccata recipe on IG.

Pasta made with whole roasted onion, head of roasted garlic, half a block of tofu, a handful of vegan pepper jack shreds, leftover pesto, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes

Garlic scapes pan-fried until tender, then tossed with peas for a quick sizzle

Garnished with vegan caviar and sweet William

Tried Oshi's vegan salmon. Mind blown by how real it tastes, it flakes, its soft fattiness like salmon. It kind of freaked me out a bit. But highly recommend for vegans who loved salmon or pescetarians looking to reduce fish consumption.

A girls day at Wrentham, MA outlets. We had a nice a nice lunch at #taverninthesquare.

Pleasantly surprised with the vegan options with the bang bang broccoli naturally vegan and so 🔥. Chips and guacamole. They accommodated the mushroom pizza without ricotta and sub plant-based cheese which was 😋

The Laurel, a new vegan friendly spot for finer dining in West Hartford, CT.

Tried the Artichoke Ceviche, Marinated Tofu, and Mushroom Phyllo Pie. Loved the Tofu! Cerviche and Mushroom were good, but need to be dialed in.

5 vegan options, more coming. I would recommend and go back to try more!

A delicious dinner out in West Hartford, CT!

Ordered the Harvest Fried Rice, vegan. I wanted to ensure I was getting my protein while out. Harvest Wine Bar & Restaurant was super accommodating in cooking up a block of tofu I brought.
