#taxtwitter I seem to recall an instruction back in 2020 where you could file fourth quarter 941X and include quarters 2, 3 and four all on the same return. Does anyone else remember this instruction and if so, do you know where it came from? #taxsky

Heh #taxtwitter, #blueskytax Have you heard of anyone who started the VDP for ERC and then decided to withdraw?

The IRS has unlimited power to confiscate money without due process. this is ridiculous. The errors that I have seen with my clients in the last two years with the IRS are extensive

#taxtwitter #skytax What to do with non-responsive revenue agent when they have put a levy on your client? Transcript shows undefined "additional tax assessed". This is PR tax. IRS is wrong. Do I have to file a "request for a collection due process or equivalent hearing" form? Agent just call me!

So this is what I wanted to know he got away with it. I mean it’s worth taking a chance rather than pay penalties for under payment of estimated taxes plus he’s done it for multiple years. I just do the fillable 941 and do my own W-2 so it should not be any problem to do those forms

#taxsky #taxtwitter has anyone done a W-2 where the federal withholding exceeds the wages in box 3. I am referring to a 100% shareholder in an S corporation who has not made ES payments. Is it possible to have huge withholding in fourth quarter that exceeds the wages? Would this be a red flag?

Thank you. This is getting more and more common. The agent said, "if and when you get the ERC refund" OMG

OH, and get this. the company paid those payroll taxes in a timely manner. We have to show the IRS that the taxes were paid OMG

Oh and the 941x was filed with the IRS in Sept 2021. The IRS does not care. No normal business could get away with this

Speaking with Revenue officer who is going to move forward with final levy for unpaid payroll taxes of $75k for client. Client has outstanding ERC due from IRS of $108,684. And you wonder why the IRS is getting sued.

And the best feature is the invisible background signature that you place on your PDF so you never have to print anything to sign it. Printers are now obsolete for the most part.
