When someone asks me, a 30 year old man, why I love Kirby as much as I do.

Happy #MAR10Day y'all โ๏ธ
Game #2 of 25' and just in time for #MAR10Day: Super Mario RPG!
This was a major gap from my childhood and I'm glad to have finally given it a proper try.
Charming all around, with some of the best looking visuals and lovingly crafted cutscenes the Switch has to offer.
8 years in and the OG Switch is still my daily driver.
It's beat to pieces and the battery is basically non-existent after thousands of hours - but it's still trucking along!
Anyone else still rocking a day one model?
One major boon to the Switch 2 (imo) is the potential for content complete physical ports of any PS4/PS5 titles that didn't make the jump to Switch 1. (or didn't make it intact)
**Of course that's entirely dependent on publishers putting the whole thing on cart.**
It's so backwards to me that fans who buy the physical collector's or day one edition of a game will almost always get the worst version because of post release patches & content updates.
I'm glad handhelds still exist thanks to the Switch/Steam Deck - but I feel the same way.
I miss having *portable* handhelds. Plus with the custom hardware, devs had to get creative with the games they made. The entire DS/3DS library can never be replicated because of the two screen approach.

$30 for a content complete edition of arguably the best Sims game...
Or $1000+ for all the content in an arguably worse Sims 4? ๐ค
Yes. Yes we do.
Happy Valentine's Day folks
Low key hyped about trying Point & Click adventure games with the Switch 2 mouse function.

Nintendo has put out a lot of incredible experiences on the Switch, but Ring Fit Adventure is a favorite of mine.
As a near perfect marriage of fitness and gameplay - it's a competent RPG with a ton of depth, customization, & mini-games.
And it will humble you.
Let's hope we get a sequel.
One hour SNES Rainbow Road loop here I come.
I mean true. I'll pay whatever Nintendo wants to replace my OG Switch at this point. ๐
Sims 4 was a dream port of mine for the OG Switch. But for various reasons we never got it.
#TheSims4 would be a great fit on #Switch2 with the mouse functionality & performance boost. Here's to hoping. ๐ค
TikTok users going the same struggle we did when Miiverse shut down.
For me, one of the most exciting things about the #NintendoSwitch2 is how much of a jump in battery life I'm going to see playing my Switch 1 backlog.
My launch model barely gets an hour and a half. ๐
The thought Ring Fit might not work makes me a little sad because I still use it multiple times a week.
Good morning fellow Nintendo fans
How I feel purchasing a physical copy day one even though I know cartridge revisions are a thing:
With how many rumors and leaks there have been, it actually feels *less* likely we'll get the Switch 2 reveal tomorrow.
(I hope I'm wrong though) #Nintendo
