The better discussion might be the lack of draws. Just 6 of 42 matches have ended in a draw so far. Still early and plenty of time to revert to the historical average.
For #MLS betting purposes, I'm not putting much stock into the strong start in 2026 for home teams.
Primarily just a matchup-based quirk. The early season schedule was over indexed with bad teams on the road for the first two weeks of the season.
Bad teams don't win away + drop pts when home

With the MLS schedule shifting to the Fall-Spring format, I pulled the avg daily temperatures for each MLS club in Dec. and Feb. ☀️🥶
Not all Nov/Dec/Feb matches will be able to be hosted in CA, FL, or TX.
Those clubs in the middle will need to host occasionally as well.
