If anyone’s doing an R&D, rehearsed reading, workshop, short film, scratch night, ANYTHING and needs an actor/writer/singer/creative brain, I’ve been told I’m a decent addition to a rehearsal room, set or studio 🤎🤎🤎

Had a lovely time working in Caerdydd, last week. Workshops and R&Ds are so special, aren’t they? I feel like my ✨little brain✨ has been put to good use

Bonus round: I could and would not live without hot sauce, my favourite musical is Sunday in the Park with George, I have OCD and I’m a triple Virgo ♍️

⭐️ A reintroduction ⭐️

• I’m a Welsh actor and writer from Caerphilly, living in London

• I’m currently working with National Theatre Wales and Paul Kaiba on the development of a new play

• I’ve just been made a Trustee of Spectacle Theatre, an amazing charity and theatre company in the RCT

I’m working back in Wales, this week and feeling really grateful. I think it’s important to clock when you’re living out something you once dreamed of and YEARNED for, in real time.
