Other improvements:
- It tries to filter out the multiple non-English versions of announcements that are sometimes posted
- Extraneous white space and line breaks shouldn't show up in the middle of text anymore

This bot now uses social cards for posts, rather than the separate link and image it was doing before!

PDFs don't have social previews, but since Bluesky cards are built on the client side that doesn't matter. The bot can construct one itself.
