This Ramada Inn was purchased for $10M by the State thru Homekey & transferred to @pathpartners for $1M. It received an add’l $8.5M, incl $1.5M from HHH @ at the end of last year. Yet it has been VACANT since 2022! 7 people are dying on the streets of LA DAILY. Who is holding up this housing?
The City pays every night for all 23 rooms at this Inside Safe motel, which has a contract through 9/30, but most of the rooms stay empty:
