And what about the personal exemption when traveling? Is that being messed with?

Can someone more knowledgeable than me tell me how care packages from my mom will be impacted if the de minimis rule is revoked?

Currently it applies to “bonafide gifts and certain household goods”. Obviously a birthday present from my mom is a bonafide gift. Will this part be revoked, too?
