Damn good. F4 is its own movie. No backstory required. You don’t need 17 years of MCU history. It just stands up on its own. And at the end you get a tease for what’s coming next which is starting to feel like the end of the MCU as we know it. And probably a complete reset after that.

Can we talk about movie previews? We live in a world where all new previews are on social media at our fingertips. There is zero need for 30 fucking minutes of previews before a movie. Also, we went to Fantastic 4. Why the fuck am I being shown a preview for Downton Abbey? Know your audience.

Honestly a 5% charge for putting your food in a clam shell container is still stupid but whatever. And yes, the restaurant completely biffed on not making it a separate ticket.

Clarification on this. Guess they don’t charge for to go boxes, it’s a “packaging fee” for take out orders of 5%. But this situation a large fam came in to eat. At the end they ordered takeout for another fam member. But the restaurant added the 5% to the whole order.

Gotta get through today and tomorrow then I’m off until the 18th.

Just read on the foodie page that Rookies Sports Bar in Waukee is now adding a 5% surcharge to your bill if you request to go packaging.
