I think it dates from when we had events at the vicarage when the Mothers Union took over my kitchen. I thought that if my tea towels were nicely ironed, they would overlook my general domestic shambles.

I do, however, irrationally, still ironing teatowels.
Has the Holy Father embraced AI?
Donald Trump told Reuters in an interview on Friday that Washington will work with Tehran to recover Iranβs enriched uranium to bring back to the US. (The Guardian). So do we feel that Trump is a more trustworthy guardian of nuclear materials than Iran?
Vance says βIt would be best for the Vatican to stick to matters of morality, to stick to matters of whatβs going on in the Catholic church and let the president of the United States stick to dictating American public policy,β .

They just look so scary. And just a little lacking in diversity!
A minor miracle occurred today. I had a new printer delivered and it was all set up and running, connected to the Internet and to my laptop, within 10 minutes and no hiccups at all. Actually it's not a minor miracle, it's a blooming massive one.
