This is something I've been hoping Dems do for some time. Hold the Senate GOP accountable for every incompetent the confirmed, and the destruction of American lives that resulted, but also for the oversight not exercised, especially over Iran.
I'm not even opposed to a $15 MW, but without the votes to get it through the Senate, there was no reason to let it stay $7.25 when Manchin had enough GOP votes for cloture.
If $11 was too low for his liking, he could've helped it get passed & waited until the next Congress to pass another increase.

It's like when they talk about Obama having a supermajority, but ignoring that it was only for 72 days & that in addition to Lieberman who endorsed McCain, he had senators from states that are now R+30 or more.
