The best research I've seen on sexism and racism and voting specifically is that it's pretty close to a wash; for every openly sexist voter there's one that see voting for a woman or person of color as a plus. Plus the fact that the lead switched twice seems to indicate campaign effects.
There are well known, imperfect but useful ways of asking voters about racism, sexism and status threat. We didn't include them in this one because we had other fish that needed frying, and with this particular segment we thought it wasn't going to be a huge issue.
Guy who helped write this poll here and - based on what we know - Parker's sense is almost definitely correct. One thing people don't know about polling is that slicing down what you actually ask is *excruciatingly* difficult. It's almost physically painful. Our whole team dreads it.

Good concern. The recruit for this was a pain in the ass, so our hope was we got at least some reasonable amount of those even more marginals. And I think we picked a few up in the qual, compensation helps.

Solid research here on fraud/corruption. Big differences in agreement based on framing; the top performing message doesn't get into whether fraud is a big deal or a distraction, just says cuts are stupid. Two-sided arguments don't usually work.

I spent all last year studying wtf happened in 2024 and what people were thinking in 2025. Booker and what this person(?) is saying both utterly misunderstand what happened in 2024, and this approach is utterly poisonous going forward.
Main reason I’m a bit skeptical this is a real fix: Britain. I’m not against it, I think it’d likely help on the margins. But we need to crush conservative ideas and engage more people.
