Discharging Trump under the 25th Amendment would ultimately require a 2/3 vote in the House and a 2/3 vote in the Senate.

Impeachment requires a majority in the House and removal requires 2/3 of the Senate.

What most people seem to forget about the 25th is if the President objects to being declared unfit, it then requires a 2/3 majority in both the House and Senate to make it stick.

Impeachment or 25th, it is all on Congress -- and impeachment is actually a *lower* bar.
