it's also funny that until this game chris seemingly had never heard ada even namedropped a single time just completely fucking oblivious

chris has been chasing blue ada the whole game and now he's suddenly seeing red ada while trying to reach blue ada on a boat but he doesn't notice or comment

bizarrely, ada features noticeably less in leon's campaign than chris'

and the thing that stands out to me is how the obvious ways this is foreshadowed to the player are things that the actual characters can't be allowed to notice on their own or comment on

ada may switch back and forth between red and blue outfits from moment to moment but chris can't tell

so there's a plot twist that i havent reached yet in resident evil 6 but already know is coming because i have eyes and that twist is that there are two ada wongs
