I honestly don't know how normal little people like myself can do anything to materially change this situation and it is driving me crazy.

Historically countries that have reached this point wind up being invaded by civilized countries and having their mad despot deposed if they don't manage to do it themselves. Is that the only remaining option?

Decent humans (including ACTUAL Conservative Christians who know what those two words actually mean, not MAGA cult members) need to unify and evict this cancer, but how? 25th Amendment? Will it have to come to war with NATO before that happens? When does the madness and blood in the streets stop?

So what actual options remain? The Fascist Party COULD decide to dethrone their own king by impeaching him (and convicting) for any of the hundreds of illegal things he has done. But they won't. Either because they are evil or cowardly or brainwashed.

Voting is almost certainly non-functional. Like in any fake "democracy" the Fascist and his party of sycophants will somehow magically win all the elections when 2/3rds of the country is against them. Protests don't matter because they just create photo-ops for propaganda.

Legitimate question.

How can we stop this insanity? There has been a fascist coup, an illegitimate and Constitutionally ineligible criminal has been installed as a de facto emperor, multiple impeachments failed, the courts failed, the checks and balances failed. Democratic "norms" are a irrelevant.

We now have more in common now with Germany in 1936 or Putin's Russia or North Korea than anything else since literally our laws no longer matter at all. How do you fight when the deck is stacked, the game is fixed and the opposition cheats at everything?

We allowed an ineligible felon to take over the reins of power and in doing so we stopped living in a civil society of laws and democracy and entered a post-American fascist state. I cannot think of any action of resistance that has even the potential for being effective.

I wish I could figure out how to actually fight. The law doesn't matter, voting doesn't matter, protesting doesn't matter, the government is broken, the checks and balances failed, all the money and power rests in the hands of lawless people. How do you even fight that?
