Careful on the OEM Metzlers that BMW puts on some of the 1300s. Found them outright dangerous in the rain. Had to take them off after the break-in because they were beyond dangerous on wet Alpine roads.

That the Goldwing picture was from a few years back. CA license plates have annual stickers, that you get when you pay the annual DMV fees.
Most CA mountain passes I have been to several times over the years. I pull them by geo location so I get all photos from there.

Well turns out this was sunrise. I did multiple runs that day. 🤯

And since we revisit a lot of these places over the years, maybe some are still there.
Leaving something behind that hopefully won’t annoy people.

Maybe, just maybe somebody sees them and snaps a picture of it, they can post on any social platform with the individual tag and we might hear about it one day.
