I took this WebGL fluid demo, removed shaders to replace GPU with CPU.. to run it on a NUMAlinked rack of SGI Origin300 servers with a total of 16x MIPS 600MHz CPUs #IRIX

Yes! 😆 We also had a little x86 "Windows server corner" in the server room, which looked like a chaotic LAN party compared to the rest of the room with mostly SUN and IBM (SP2) gear.

SGI emulator? Are you aware of SGI emulation in MAME? It can emulate an Indy pretty well now (afaik also some other IP boards but still experimental)

Using gcc. Yes, it's not using all available CPUs. But anyway, it's more extensive than I thought.
