Holy crap I lost so many hours of my teenage years to that game. Also got me grounded once because I swore at the screen only to have my mom hear me from the other room. 😬

This has been the GOP's "starve-the-beast" scheme for nearly 50 years. Meanwhile, millions suffer and struggle to get ahead as the rich get richer. See the problem here?

Dark money group offers influencers $1,500 for posts attacking Chicago Democratic primary candidate Progressive House candidate Kat Abughazaleh told MS NOW the secretive campaign is “filled with false and defamatory claims.”

HOLY SHIT.

A dark money group, hidden behind a bunch of shell companies, is paying influencers thousands of dollars PER POST to attack @katmabu.bsky.social on social media a month before her election.

Thank you to the people who declined the money and went forward with this. So who's behind this?

Vancouver mayor says he made false drug claim about opponent based on photo Vancouver Mayor Ken Sim told reporters Tuesday that he falsely claimed one of his council colleagues distributed illicit drugs after being shown a photo, and apologized for not verifying its authentic...

Who’s giving the mayor the advice to keep this very damaging (for him) issue on the front burner for another day?

Was it his initiative?

Vancouver politics is weird but this is terrible strategically, especially considering he took only a handful of questions

Not the same guy, you brick-brained clown. The one who came to power in 1979 died 10 years later in ‘89.

Last week, we traveled to Whitehorse, Yukon to celebrate our 20th anniversary of getting married, and it was amazing. We chased the aurora, explored the town, and enjoyed the brutal beauty of subarctic Canada.

I can’t imagine life without @miss604.com & am grateful for the one we’ve lived so far ❤️

It’s not the tariffs. It’s this rhetoric about our sovereignty that makes Canadians, like me, never want to step foot in the United States, where I was born. It’s egregious and embarrassing.

These people just find a way to ruin everything.

Such an amazing experience.

Found a seat to just stare at the amazing dome of stars when the aurora just came alive. Found a steady system of running back to the fire pit or cabin to warm up and go back out to see more. Gorgeous!

This was so unsafe and ignorant of anyone else using Rawlings Trail. Several dozen groups of riders seemingly doing a circuit to Bridal and back up North Creek. One rider came around a blind corner and just missed us, shy of crashing into the bush.

It’s a park trail. Not a cyclocross course

New Netflix series about a hockey team's bus crash hits a nerve in Sask. | CBC News A new Netflix hockey series is in production, set in a working-class town where hockey is everything until a bus crash kills players and their coach. The similarity to the Humboldt Broncos' tragedy is...

Netflix trying to capitalize on the current popularity of hockey shows and also… a *tragedy that rocked our nation less than 10 years ago*

“from what I can see online, they're trying to make some triumph out of tragedy, which for me … I'll never be able to find triumph in this tragedy”
