Glad I’d already cancelled renewing my Walmart+. As a disabled, working, single mom, I rely on having things delivered. Cancelled it, my Amazon Prime & avoid Target for their leadership’s decisions. I’ll make do. And they can make do without my money.

Even tho they have 90 minutes to walk around the store to find the one extra item I need, apparently there’s no way to combine orders. No exceptions. No quality customer service.

First two times I gave up after 3 minutes of hold long for the online order dept, and then operator, that went silent at the end for no reason. Third time I pressed the option for the electronics dept and pretended I pressed the wrong button so they’d transfer me.

I’m on a budget, so no, I didn’t elect to pay for expedited delivery, the refill was expensive enough. So I try calling to explain and ask them to combine so I only have to try not to vomit myself from the smell for 1 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours.

And no, I don’t have something else I could use right now. So I went to add it to my order. It is past the modify time even though the delivery window doesn’t start for another 90 minutes. So I placed a second order.
