The ropes go around his biceps, over his shoulders, and most importantly, right under his pectorals (tits), emphasising them, after which they are guided up around his neck, at the knot of which hangs a small golden charm in the shape of the Leipa crest, indicating that Hans was the one who tied him up. Henry has a hairy chest and torso and his face is flushed and maybe a bit embarrassed (but definitely turned on). The artist is once again, very normal about this.
