Looks like my copy of the source was malformed, and I was skipping some lines. Here are updated charts.
The loss on PC is even bigger with full data.
And average new users weekly per platform, and average paying users weekly per platform. Both same period as above.
In total 4% are new players, and 4% are paying users (this not the same group of 4% players).

September to March, average active users weekly per platform nad how much % of players is buying on given platform and how much % of player are new.
Data are between 2014-11-12 and 2026-04-02, skipping 2026 on the charts, total by platform in second post. Total 4,397,382,905.33
And maybe this data does not include Enhanced, naming is also interesting "PC (Social Club)" - EGS and Steam may not be included?
Also not sure if Xbox Series X includes Series S, diference between Gen9 consoles are way bigger than between Gen8 ones, but I think, G9 X is overall losing over G9 PS.

This looks like only Shark Cards / GTA+, I don't see other game purchases rather than bundles with Shark Cards, Premium Editions and Starter Packs.
Starting 2021, GTAO generates less and less profit.
