As a part of my birthday celebration, I'll be streaming a collection of my favourite games for the next 6 hours while talking about the hits of the last 30 years.

Gosh I would probably do the same if it was that cold!
Thankfully it almost never drops below 0C, only have to worry about the days hitting mid-high 40s.

I still use both due to my gaming community being split between the two, and a lot of the promotion for that community being tied over there too.
So I figured I could post and talk about my wholesome chickens for once :)

Anything for my precious ladies 🫡

I was totally expecting them not to stay in the pen!
In the past we'd wall them off in the front entrance area, but they would find a way to parkour out of the space.
But I think having the pen away from a wall helped out, but also having such skinny wires was helpful too.
They just snoozed all day!

I am hoping to install a mist system in their run someday, but am reluctant to do so until I own the home.
Until such time, so I don't have to go outside a million times in worry, just to keep them indoors with me :)

Any day where it's over 40C, our living room becomes chicken daycare in an effort to limit any heatstroke symptoms.
It's probably a little overkill, but with two elderly chickens around the age of 10 I feel more at ease with them inside.
