Steady on lad, you’re talking way too much sense for 2026
In the same manifesto, Palantir's owners argued that we need a national military draft, that soft power is over, and that we were too hard on Germany and Japan after World War II. I don't think that company should be allowed to exist anymore.

The human circulatory system, before and after proper cable management.
Next time, be the party bus but set off to the Venga Boys at full volume.
Came across two massive wood louse spiders when gardening and now I’m googling chain mail to do the rest of it. Because if they can bite through a pissabed then my €7 Action gardening gloves will be no challenge.
This is about where I am right now, better the devil I know considering the alternatives.
Wasn't Mandelson one of the people that Malcolm Tucker was based on? A hideous mix of Mandelson and Campbell iirc.
People that can't believe a Prime Minister didn't have all the facts have not seen Yes Minister or The Thick of it.
It's the same in my mum's Yorkshire village, I really love it.
BEYOND deplorable. From Forbes: "The Trump administration pulled $11 million in funding for a Catholic charity that offers shelter to migrant children, the Archbishop of Miami said in a column for the Miami Herald, amid a growing feud between President Donald Trump and the Vatican."
Maybe I am not thinking this wholly through but if Starmer found out this week then how could he do anything. Good managers delegate but they delegate to people they can trust, and that is Starmer's crime, appointing folk who keep stuff like this from him
I hope your circumstances change enough that you feel able to give it a try. I know long Covid isn’t going away completely but maybe just enough to give you the space to have a kid ❤️
Every available tax cent is currently being spent on the US military but not a penny in catering it seems
Disappointing but not completely a surprise either.

I hear you. I have one kid but for various reasons couldn’t have another and I really struggled with friends who were preggo with their 2nd. My irrational problem not theirs but it just made me feel sad all the time to be around them. Sending you a big hug

Photo shows a blue metal crochet hook with loops over it and 2 rows of crocheted fabric below it.
I spent ages the other night trying to master Tunisian knit stitch and it looked awful. Today I decided to retry Simple stitch, misread the instructions and lo, bloody perfect knit stitch. Ffs but also, hooray! 🧶
Pretty sure the internet in my house was faster when it was built 100 years ago so it really could have been either of us causing the down time :D
I thought it was just me! Glad its back
I hope he kicks him out. Or puts out a statement that just shows what an idiot JD is. Leo has been showing up Trump for a year now so maybe he can shift the focus.

This is Sadie. She was finally reunited with her human, astronaut Christina Koch, after her mom’s voyage around the moon took her the furthest any human has ever been from their dog. She can't wait to hear all about the universe. 14/10 (IG: astro_christina)
I cancelled my account but logged back in every 25 days so I didn't lose the account, just in case. Then I forgot to log in over Xmas, account got deleted and haven't really thought about again it since. The only thing I miss is the trending topics and the banter, but that's getting better here.
I made the mistake of criticising US tipping culture on Reddit and now I have approx 1m people going into bat to defend employers paying $2 an hour while employees rely on the benevolence of customers to get paid. Which is insane.
