Making coffee is therapeutic for me haha. It’s a moment I have most days, once a day, and I know it’s leading to a very nice moment drinking it. (I’m a slow drinker. It takes me 1 to 2 hours to finish this drink for instance) So the boost of serotonin starts in the kitchen!
