The economy. The gas prices. Grocery prices. Farmer issues including fertilizer. The Jesus meme pissed off a shit ton of them.

I’ve been rural all my life, but I have been organizing in rural Missouri for a decade now.
I can tell you this, I have never been more hopeful than I am for the November election.
France passed a law requiring solar panels on every parking lot with more than 80 spaces.
Equals 10 nuclear reactors
Reduces heat island, shades cars
The US -- 800 million parking spaces. Most of them are uncovered asphalt sitting in direct sunlight.
Why aren't we doing this?
I just signed a bill to rename Minnesota’s community solar program after Speaker Melissa Hortman.
Melissa was a true champion of solar and I was proud to sign this in honor of my dear friend.
I was able to visit Professor Cornell Brooks’s class today at the Harvard Kennedy School and speak for a few minutes on rural organizing.
Pretty cool…
No…

What if the United States had a Congress?
Screenshot of a post from Donald Trump: A whole civilization will die tonight, never to be brought back again. I don't want that to happen, but it probably will. However, now that we have Complete and Total Regime Change, where different, smarter, and less radicalized minds prevail, maybe something revolutionarily wonderful can happen, WHO KNOWS? We will find out tonight, one of the most important moments in the long and complex history of the World. 47 years of extortion, corruption, and death, will finally end. God Bless the Great People of Iran!
The President of the United States is openly threatening to commit genocide against 90 million people.
Prime Minister Carney: if there was ever a moment to denounce this illegal war, withdraw your support, and call for accountability for war crimes—it’s now.
25th Amendment. Now.
A reminder that the Heritage Foundation architected Project 2025 with Viktor Orbán in mind. Kevin Roberts called modern Hungary “the model” for conservative statecraft.
Far-right authoritarianism is a globally collaborative movement.
In all seriousness, one thing that might be worth doing today:
Tell your Reps and Senators to call Adm. Richard Correll, the Commander of U.S. Strategic Command, which controls the nation's nukes, and remind him of *his* unique responsibility to refuse an illegal order.
Tump says Putin explained NATO to him.
Wow.
That explains a lot
“The erasure of women from the national narrative has long been a key strategy authoritarian leaders use to destroy democracies.”

Reminder this guy is still doing the worst possible stuff to our most vulnerable
According to the Center for Healthcare Quality and Payment Reform, 50% of Missouri’s 58 remaining rural hospitals are at risk of closure. Another 21% are considered at immediate risk of closure.
An Easter message from the President…
Ohhhhh!!!
Whoa
I heard someone say that we should be registering voters at gas stations.
Kristi and then Pam. Next up: Tulsi.
"There’s nothing that says we can’t do a pay raise next year; however, we didn’t want to lock ourselves into something now that we couldn’t fund," said Mississippi Senate Education Committee Chairman Sen. Dennis DeBar, R-Leakesville, during a Sunday legislative meeting.
Ohhhmygod!!!
Ope! I have some bad news for the Trump kids…
There were more voters who didn’t vote in ‘24 than there were those who voted for Trump.
Remember: You don’t have to waste your time or breath on MAGA cult members. They are lost. Focus on the apathetic.

Happy No Kings Day!
Another one! This is my congressman. He knows what is going to happen in November, so he isn’t running…
