NEGUSE: AG Bondi, that man works for you now, right? The man in that video from J6 yelling 'kill them!' at cops. His name is Jared Wise.

BONDI: He does work for us, yes. I believe he was pardoned

NEGUSE: And you expect hard-working police officers to believe you take law enforcement seriously?

Yes! I can also get a good indoor workout doing a free yoga class on YouTube.

Living in a cold place (Colorado) I will say that you can dress for the cold but also if you really need to exercise, you can walk inside. I put on a podcast sometimes and just do circuits around my house. It accomplishes a lot of what my walking outside does.

I was on Talk Radio Europe’s The Book Show and for the life of me I couldn't pronounce "anonymity" but then neither could the host, so it was okay! Interview starts around 8:45.

Judges said an error in the description of a charge (the word “might”) led to a felony vs a misdemeanor conviction, extending Peters’ sentence by 15 mos. And the judges were concerned the trial judge increased Peters’ sentence based on her election rigging rant at sentencing.

Thinking today about how much I enjoyed @rlmaizes.bsky.social's A COMPLETE FICTION. The novel is set in and around the publishing biz and is charmingly wry while also having important things to say about the ethics of storytelling.

Applauding the writers who didn’t publish a goddamn thing this year because they’re being patient with their work. Those are the writers I admire and aspire to be more like.
